As a Patent Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that patentable inventions are recognized and protected. This includes advising clients on securing appropriate IP protection, preparing and filing patent applications, and conducting IP audits and due diligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Patent drafting, filing, and prosecution
- IP protection and enforcement
- Client relationship management

Requirements
- Qualified Canadian Patent Agent with at least two years' post-qualification experience
- Recognized degree in science, chemistry, biochemistry, or biology
- Demonstrable technical excellence and strong communication skills
