About the Role

Abe's Door Service Ltd. is seeking a skilled Garage Door Installer to join our team. As a Garage Door Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing garage doors and their associated hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated garage doors
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service garage doors and their associated hardware
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Utilize hand and power tools
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work outdoors and at heights
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors and at heights. You will be required to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
