Insurance Advisor Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Ltd. in Abbotsford, BC. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our presence in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, promoting client retention and loyalty
  • Identify clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate, providing recommendations and solutions
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs, utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic client relationships
  • Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
  • At least 6 months of industry experience
