Insurance Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Insurance Advisor to join our Community Branch Network Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships.
  • Assist in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and understanding.
  • Set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production.
  • Ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC, and Privacy Act rules and regulations.
  • Manage ICBC inventory and handle documentation and funds correctly.
  • Continuously develop your skills and abilities to enhance your performance and contribute to the team's success.
Requirements:
  • Level 1 General Insurance License.
  • 6+ months of previous insurance experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle to travel to dealership locations.
  • Industry designation or working towards one.
