The Role: The IT Helpdesk Assistant will report directly to the Director of Information & Learning Technologies, receiving guidance on operations and responsibilities from the IT Helpdesk Officer. The primary purpose of this role is to support and maintain ICT services within the College, ensuring that all stakeholders receive timely, efficient, and professional assistance regarding their ICT use.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to staff and students in a professional manner
  • Maintaining ICT services to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborating with the ICT team to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • An active Biblical faith aligned with the College's Statement of Faith
  • Able to demonstrate conduct consistent with the College's religious beliefs
  • Ability to inspire students to uphold high standards of Christian character, scholarship, and diligence
