Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Dhaliwal Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of products, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes, according to recipes and special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to a high standard, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Prepare special orders and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods as required.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluent in English.
