Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Dhaliwal Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, baking mixed dough and batters, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Prepare special orders with attention to detail and quality.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and ensure that our products meet our quality standards.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
