Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Bayshore Healthcare. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality home health care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care to clients in their homes, utilizing your skills and expertise to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document client progress, including any changes in their condition or treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
