Job Title: Scheduling Analyst Nuclear Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Analyst to join our team at Kiewit Nuclear Canada. As a Scheduling Analyst, you will play a critical role in planning and scheduling activities on various Nuclear and DOE projects. Your expertise will be utilized to analyze, monitor, and maintain project progress, ensuring timely completion and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain achievable resource-loaded logic-driven schedules for projects from conceptual planning through detailed design, construction, and start-up operations.
  • Analyze available manpower and resources, commodity charts, trends, schedule variations, schedule performance, and schedule forecast.
  • Implement change controls process as needed and provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems.
  • Interface with clients and attend regular meetings to give schedule health status and complete all work in compliance with site-specific certified Earned Value Management System.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of construction scheduling experience.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6.
  • Previous Earned Value Management System experience.
  • Ability to complete work tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled at presenting schedule briefings to senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in various project controls software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet, Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or technical training and related experience.
