Senior Architect Position

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated Senior Architect to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our architectural consulting team, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary design team to deliver building solutions for the Brandt Group of Companies across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate projects and project teams with minimal supervision, from project initiation to design development, construction document preparation, and contract administration.
- Manage internal client relationships and team communication, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project delivery.
- Mentor junior staff, coordinate with other disciplines, and review drawings for quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with project teams through all design stages, offering well-thought-out and creative solutions to design challenges.
- Registered Architect in a Canadian Jurisdiction
- 8 years of post-registration experience in the production of contract and detailed design documents, specifications, and contract administration of multiple projects.
- Understanding of design and coordination of detailed envelope solutions to meet regulatory requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of the building code is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with working knowledge of French considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of REVIT is a must, with knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion, and Photoshop an asset.
