Senior Architect Position

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated Senior Architect to join our Regina, SK location. As a key member of our architectural team, you will work closely with our building design group to provide innovative solutions for our clients across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams through design development, construction document preparation, and contract administration.
- Manage internal client relationships and team communication.
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure quality and consistency in project deliverables.
- Collaborate with project teams to offer creative solutions to design challenges.
- Registered Architect in a Canadian Jurisdiction.
- 8 years of post-registration experience in contract and detailed design documents, specifications, and contract administration.
- Understanding of design and coordination of detailed envelope solutions to meet regulatory requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of the building code.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of French is considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of REVIT is a must, with knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion, and Photoshop being an asset.
