Senior Architect Opportunity

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated Senior Architect to join our Regina, SK location. As a key member of our architectural team, you will work closely with our building design group to provide innovative solutions for our clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams through design development, construction document preparation, and contract administration.
  • Manage internal client relationships and team communication.
  • Mentor junior staff and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure quality and consistency in project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project teams to offer creative solutions to design challenges.
Requirements
  • Registered Architect in a Canadian Jurisdiction.
  • 8 years of post-registration experience in contract and detailed design documents, specifications, and contract administration.
  • Understanding of design and coordination of detailed envelope solutions to meet regulatory requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the building code.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of French is considered an asset.
  • Working knowledge of REVIT is a must, with knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion, and Photoshop being an asset.
