Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate special events and occasions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory management.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to industry standards and customer preferences.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, demonstrating a commitment to culinary excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Order supplies and equipment, ensuring seamless kitchen operations and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements and Skills
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant culinary training or experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication.
  • Standing for extended periods and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
