Job Title: Surface Land Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Surface Land Administrator to join our team at Evolve Surface Strategies Inc. in Grande Prairie, AB. As a key member of our surface land team, you will play a vital role in the logistical and administrative support of the land acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate professional surface land and right of way documentation.
  • Provide a range of professional administrative support for the surface land team.
  • Handle third-party applications related to surface land and right of way.
  • Stay updated with regulatory requirements pertaining to land administration.
  • Maintain and update processes related to surface land management.

Requirements:
  • Surface land experience is preferred; however we are willing to integrate and train the right candidate.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Detail orientated and focused with ability to be flexible to changing priorities.
