About the Job

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our team at the Valley Drug Mart location in Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan. As a Pharmacist with Neighbourly Pharmacy, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, providing safe and effective drug therapy to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services, including medication reviews, disease state management, and patient education.
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and document patient information.
  • Administer vaccines and determine the appropriateness of drug therapy.
  • Monitor medication adherence and collect relevant patient, drug, and disease information.
  • Recommend OTC products and vitamins, and answer questions from patients that require therapeutic knowledge, clinical analysis, or assessment.
  • Supervise a pharmacy student or a provisional pharmacist in the performance of restricted activities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in Kroll and working in a retail environment.
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written) and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
