Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Burrito Grill. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and serving customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
