The Role

As a Department Manager in a large-format store, you will lead a team of up to 35, both directly and indirectly, driving sales and KPIs through your leadership skills and passion for results. Reporting directly to Senior Management, you'll set high standards, delegate tasks, and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of up to 35 in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in big-box and/or fast-paced retail environments
