About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to oversee the management of our popular fashion and homewares boutique in New Zealand. As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving success and leading a team of 10+ while maintaining the high standards of customer service that our brand is known for.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, leading a team in a customer-centric environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion and dedication for building a productive, fun and cohesive team environment.
  • A commitment to driving sales and achieving outstanding results.
  • Experience in staff training and motivation, especially in sales and customer service.
  • A creative problem-solver with excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic.
  • A genuine interest in fashion and a dedication for helping others feel confident.
