- Prepare accurate bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents to maintain quality control.
- Develop and maintain an internal record-keeping system to track inventory and shipments.
- Record any shortages or damaged goods and implement corrective actions.
- Route goods to appropriate storage areas to optimize space utilization.
- Pack goods for shipping with precision and care.
- Unpack goods received and inspect them for damage or discrepancies.
- Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments to ensure secure delivery.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to prevent damage and delays.
- Process payments for goods and services accurately and efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in supply chain logistics or a related field.
- Permanent work term.
- English language is the primary working language.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and location.
