Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Richardson Wes Heating & Plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule distribution of goods in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Oversee the scheduling of transportation conveyances to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Prepare accurate bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents to maintain quality control.
  • Develop and maintain an internal record-keeping system to track inventory and shipments.
  • Record any shortages or damaged goods and implement corrective actions.
  • Route goods to appropriate storage areas to optimize space utilization.
  • Pack goods for shipping with precision and care.
  • Unpack goods received and inspect them for damage or discrepancies.
  • Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments to ensure secure delivery.
  • Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to prevent damage and delays.
  • Process payments for goods and services accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in supply chain logistics or a related field.
Benefits:
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language is the primary working language.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and location.
