Supply Chain Management Director

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Management Director to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations, driving strategic initiatives and process improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
This is a full-time permanent position reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, offering a very competitive salary range of $209,931 - $251,917 per year, along with an annual bonus and pension plan.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale procurement change initiatives in complex structures, developing and implementing supply chain business models to support changing organizational requirements.
- Manage staff activities, including goal setting, performance evaluations, development plans, succession planning, compensation, and time management for the Corporate Supply Chain department.
- Provide direct leadership for the management of supply partners, including contract and price negotiations, alignment of technology and roadmaps, and capability and capacity alignment with business strategies.
- Develop and present annual budgets and monthly forecasts for Corporate Supply Chain departments, including periodic reporting of key variances.
- Implement corrective actions in support of the procurement and inventory systems, overseeing the ERP system as it relates to inventory and purchasing modules.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business, with 10+ years of experience in procurement, finance, or business fields. A proven track record of managing complex challenges while continuing to meet deadlines and achieve goals is essential.

- Knowledge of best practices in supply chain management, procurement, material management, inventory control, distribution, and logistics.
- Competitive salary range of $209,931 - $251,917 per year.
