Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sunset Grill All Day Breakfast Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control strategies to ensure profitability.
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to enhance customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Modify menu offerings and pricing to meet business objectives and customer preferences.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Negotiate with clients for catering and facility use.
- Participate in marketing planning and implementation to drive business growth.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Reliability and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
