Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Turnaround Foods Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Food Quality: Oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Manage our restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
