Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing personalized relationships with clients, educating and advising them on our insurance products, and meeting marketing goals. This is a full-time, permanent position in our office, and we are looking for a professional who is passionate about the insurance industry and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized telephone and email contact.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on our insurance products, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
- Meet and exceed sales and service targets, working closely with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
- Manage client policies, making modifications as needed and ensuring accurate and timely billing and claims processing.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow our business.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by the agent, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- OTL Property and Casualty license required prior to hire.
- LLQP Life License required prior to hire or within 90 days of hire.
- College diploma in a related field (Business or Marketing).
- Strong sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Reliable transportation to Uxbridge, Ontario.
- 2+ years of previous insurance or sales experience preferred.
- Competitive salary and commissions.
