Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sterling Paints Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Inventory and Stock Control: Manage inventory levels, receive and process shipments, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
