Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and easy to navigate, with a focus on creating an engaging customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance and drive business growth.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 to 44 hours per week.
