Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Parmar Bros Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a retail environment with frequent standing, walking, and bending
  • May be required to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
