About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Indo Canada TV Corporation. As a key member of our visual communications team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective visual materials that support our company's brand and messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, adapt existing illustrations, and develop the graphic elements that meet our clients' objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, and determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect.
  • Client Collaboration: Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
  • Team Leadership: Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers, and supervise a team of 3-4 people.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, air-conditioned office in an urban area.
  • Work Setting: Corporation.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in social media and computer-aided design software.
  • Transportation and Travel: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, sitting, and large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, initiative, and team player.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in graphic design.
