Your Opportunity

We are seeking Project Managers with proven experience in large complex projects to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute project execution plans, including work plans, resource plans, risk management plans etc.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Prepare monthly executive reports for internal and client leaders.
  • Assume responsibility for project delivery excellence in partnership with the Principal-in-Charge.
  • Evaluate and manage client expectations.

Project Accounting:

  • Update project financials on a regular basis using Stantec PM Frameworks.
  • Manage project budget and schedule including tracking and reporting of team hours and expenses.

Communications:

  • Facilitate and hold regular team and client meetings.
  • Keep project team well informed of changes and updates.

Leadership:

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
  • Remain engaged and knowledgeable regarding emerging industry practices.

Teamwork:

  • Effectively utilize each team member to his/her fullest potential.

Client Management:

  • Manage day-to-day client interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing large, complex projects in Healthcare, Commercial, Institutional, Recreational, Transportation or Education.
  • Professional designation and/or PMP preferred.
