About the Client

The client is a leading organization in the industry that is looking to modernize its business by implementing an Enterprise Time and Attendance solution.

This is a hybrid role (2-3 days per week Onsite) where you will work closely with the client's project payroll and IT team to ensure a smooth implementation of the new system.

You will require specific knowledge of Dell Boomi integration between SuccessFactors and BusinessSuite on HANA (Payroll), SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding.

About Your Responsibilities

  • You will lead and document the solution architecture of the HR, Payroll and integrated business processes for the SAP and non-SAP end to end business processes including exception handling.
  • You will lead and document the solution process design to include client's business rules, processes, security roles, master/transactional data, error/exception handling.
  • You will align the solution architecture with the client's Enterprise Architecture ITS standard and practices.
  • You will participate in the deployment of the new business processes within the HR and Payroll areas.
