Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn, Ottawa East. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in hotel operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results and meet business objectives.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support hotel operations.
The Guest Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
