About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Power Systems Engineer to join our team at BBA Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out engineering projects based on the IEC 61850 standard, serving in various roles, and developing telecommunications network architecture for substation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out engineering projects based on the IEC 61850 standard
  • Serve in various roles, including project leader and proposal leader
  • Develop telecommunications network architecture for substation projects
  • Configure telecommunications equipment
  • Conduct testing in the BBA digital power systems lab
  • Commission digital power systems on site
  • Serve as a technical reference on the team
  • Expand your fields of expertise to include switchgear, protection, automation, and supervision of medium- and high-voltage substations
