About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Power Systems Engineer to join our team at BBA Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing digital power systems for our clients in the Energy and Natural Resources sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop digital power systems based on the IEC 61850 standard
  • Develop telecommunications network architecture for substation projects
  • Configure telecommunications equipment
  • Conduct testing in the BBA digital power systems lab
  • Commission digital power systems on site
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or DCS in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the IEC 61850 standard and telecommunications system design
  • Ability to travel to client sites and work in a fast-paced environment
