As a Master Electrician at Reliance Home Comfort, you'll be an integral part of our team, working on residential electrical systems to ensure the comfort and safety of our customers. With a focus on growth and development, we provide the tools and training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical problems in domestic electrical systems, including fault-finding, panel changes, and generator installation.
  • Accurately estimate repair costs and provide value-added communication with customers.
  • Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines.
  • Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Educate customers on electrical work in homes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all modern equipment and regulations.
  • Explain the value of Reliance Home Comfort products, services, and programs on every call.

What We're Looking For:

  • A growth mindset, with a focus on dependability, ambition, and a desire to grow with Reliance Home Comfort.
  • A certified Master Electrician with minimum 2 years experience in servicing residential electrical systems.
  • A class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Physical capability to perform all work required of this position.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing, and Mechanics an asset.
