Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Edo Japan Ft. Richmond. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Restock condiments, supplies, and ingredients as needed to ensure a smooth service.
  • Prepare and package take-out food to meet customer expectations.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in a timely and organized manner.
  • Provide menu recommendations and advice to customers, showcasing your knowledge of our menu offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
