Job Title: Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at Apolinario Palciso. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including conversation and activities
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer, as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and linen management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a care-related field
  • Basic security clearance and reference required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

Our clients live in non-smoking environments, and our Home Care Assistants work in a variety of settings, including private homes and assisted living facilities.
