Job Title: Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistant to join our team at Jean Mah. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, such as walking, transferring, and using the bathroom.
  • Engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as exercise, games, and conversation.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
