Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Technical Advisor to join our team at Culligan. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our customers within a designated geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting assistance, product training, and quality reporting.
  • Support the development and implementation of technical training programs for dealership associates.
  • Conduct on-site product support, installation supervision, and operator training on Culligan Commercial and Industrial products.
  • Collaborate with regional sales manager, commercial dealer support, and commercial & market development teams to drive sales growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in water treatment technology.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the water treatment industry.
  • College or technical degree preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to read and understand plumbing, piping, and electrical wiring diagrams.
  • Good mechanical aptitude required.
