**Location:** Saskatoon

**Job Summary:

The Senior Occupational Therapist will lead and direct the activities of the designated unit to ensure that patients receive high-quality occupational therapy services. The successful candidate will promote a culture of excellence and provide guidance to students assigned to the service.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise the activities of the designated unit
  • Ensure high-quality occupational therapy services are provided to patients
  • Provide guidance and support to students assigned to the service
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Occupational Therapy to develop and implement unit goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to occupational therapy services

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Registered/eligible with Canadian Association of Occupational Therapy (CAOT)
  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • HSAS membership
