Job Summary:

Health Careers in Sask is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services for children within the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention for children in collaboration with a Primary Health Care school-based team.
  • Service may be provided within the classroom, the child's home, and/or in a clinical facility.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Travel within the region and provincially to provide services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Registered/eligible with Canadian Association of Occupational Therapy (CAOT)
  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement
