Job Title: Cash Handling Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cash Handling Team Member to join our team at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited. As a Cash Handling Team Member, you will be responsible for handling cash and coin transactions, performing slot machine drop pulls, and maintaining the integrity of our cash handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform slot machine drop pulls, collecting cash and ticket cassettes from electronic gaming machines and replacing with empty cash and ticket cassettes.
  • Count and reconcile monies collected from slot machines, poker tables, and other applicable areas.
  • Prepare daily deposits for Slots, Lotteries, Food and Beverage, and Table Games.
  • Verify and reconcile money delivered from the bank or a vending machine company.
  • Replenish Pull Tab machines and ensure proper machine maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, efficient, and diligent in duties and responsibilities.
  • Ability to operate cash and coin counting machines.
  • Working knowledge of computer skills in spreadsheets.
