Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Canco #117. As a Sales Associate - Cash Handling Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and ensuring accurate sales transactions.
Job DescriptionThe primary function of this role is to handle customer transactions efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and store awareness. You will also be responsible for:
- Operating a cash register accurately and efficiently
- Processing sales transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and tidying up the counter area
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy when handling sales transactions
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
