Job Title: Financial Services Manager

Church & Dwight is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable and Credit Management functions, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and achieving working capital targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure internal controls are operational and effective.
  • Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and generate insights on impact to financial accuracy, security of assets, and working capital management.
  • Partner with various departments to ensure adherence to internal controls in vendor and spend management, as well as optimize the procure-to-pay process.
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies in operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve working capital management and reduce financial risks.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in credit and collections or accounts payable, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
  • Professional Accounting Designation – CPA.
  • Experience conducting quantitative/financial analysis and developing recommendations.
  • Experience in working capital forecasting.
