Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at the Ladders. As a key member of our Labour Relations department, you will play a critical role in providing expert legal advice and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to management and employees on labour relations matters
  • Develop and implement labour relations strategies to promote positive employee relations and minimize conflict
  • Represent the organization in labour relations negotiations and disputes
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labour laws and regulations and provide recommendations for compliance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on labour relations matters
Requirements
  • Law degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in labour relations or a related field
  • Proven track record of providing expert legal advice and guidance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
