Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Maarut Inc. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in leading business analysis activities, identifying business needs, and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, business process modeling, and solution development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents, including business process models and solution designs.
  • Provide business analysis support to project teams, including data analysis, business process improvement, and solution implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and technical teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, business process modeling, and solution development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies, including business process modeling and solution development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with geospatial data and development, including ArcGIS Portal and/or ArcGIS Online.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience leading technical needs assessment for multi-stakeholder, geospatial solution discovery projects.
  • Experience with business and use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling.
  • Experience with industry trends in user experience design, integrated systems, solutions, and infrastructure.
  • Experience with software development life cycles, software design, development, and integration.
