About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at I-WAY TRANSPORT INC. as an Executive Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective coordination and communication across regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Formulate and approve financial and administrative controls, promotional campaigns, and human resources planning to drive business growth and success.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of the company's interests.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
