Visual Sales Strategist

CatchLight, a leading visual-first media organization, seeks an experienced Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and develop strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of prior experience in sales, with expertise in client cultivation and Salesforce CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
  • Manage prospect/client interactions through the sales and renewal process using Salesforce
  • Create contracts that align with CatchLight's services and meet client needs
  • Collaborate with Local program leadership to ensure consistent onboarding and offboarding practices for newsroom clients
  • Provide quarterly reports on progress toward annual goals to senior staff

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively via phone, text, Zoom, email, and other software. They must also be comfortable working at a computer for extended periods and willing to travel to the San Francisco office periodically.

Benefits include paid holidays (15 days per year), flexible working hours, hybrid/remote work options, health, vision, and dental insurance, and a competitive salary range ($80,000 - $110,000 annually).
