Job Description


We are seeking a Temporary Front Counter Sales Representative to join our team at our Leduc location. As a key member of our front counter team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling customer inquiries, excelling in sales, providing quotes, processing transactions, and using strong communication skills for customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities



  • Create a positive customer experience through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Use strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management.


Requirements



  • Demonstrate a positive mindset and a strong work ethic.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
