Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Produce Clerk to join our team at our Strathcona location in Edmonton, AB. As a key member of our produce team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
- Sharing product knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing produce department.
- Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed and available for customers.
- Handling customer service inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cleaning equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Operating a variety of equipment, including knives, to prepare and display produce.
Requirements:

- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
- Retail customer service experience is considered an asset.
