Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Veolia team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers in the water treatment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming technical issues and related documentation, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, process, and controls groups, to ensure seamless customer service.
- Communicate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Veolia's water treatment products and services.
- Provide training and facilitation to internal and external customers as a subject matter expert.
- Investigate and report technical issues, and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) teams to identify and resolve systemic issues.
- Lead the resolution of customer complaints and issues throughout a project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their technical needs are met.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the water treatment industry or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of client relationship management experience.
- Ability to multitask on several concurrent projects.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Veolia's water treatment products and services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant field experience working on Veolia's water treatment products.
- Background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools.
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in a related field.
- Strong focus on customer relationships.
- Understanding of the balance between customer and Veolia teams.
