About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Brookfield Properties. As a key member of our design department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed architectural drawings and documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and consistency
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality designs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma in Architectural Technologies or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and other design software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
