Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating complex blueprints, working drawing packages, and construction documents for various projects.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement complex building designs and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Produce accurate and detailed working drawings, details, and construction documents
  • Work with Revit and other design software to create and manage project files
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and presentations
Requirements
  • Architectural Technology Diploma/Certification required
  • 8+ years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
  • Current living in Canada with at least 3 years of working knowledge of the National Building Code
  • Experience working with Revit is essential
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
